After much thought and some sleepless nights, I have decided to close the salon. Due to ongoing medical treatment I feel that I cannot give 100% to my clients and find it hard to commit to bookings which is not ideal. I also need to take time to focus on my health and healing and make my recovery a priority at this time.

Thank you to all the lovely people that I have met along the way. I have been on the receiving end of so much kindness and love and caring that I feel humbled. Thank you for all the deep chats and giggles. Take good care of your beautiful selves.

That would be me, us, all the ladies in the lashing fraternity. We are the sensitive viewers.
Plz take a look at these and think about whether you would want to work on someone's lashes that look like this?
No ma'am! I certainly don't. You wouldn't go to the dentist without brushing your teeth. Same same but different.
This is why it is SO important to clean your lashes.
Everyday things like makeup, creams, sweat and dust all contribute to build-up on the lash line. And if they don't get washed away, ever, or hardly ever, this is what can ultimately happen.
But that's not all! There are little bugs that looooove this environment and can't wait to nest and reproduce in those snug little spaces between your lashes and eyelids. This will lead to infection and you can permanently lose your lashes like this. It's not worth it ladies. Rather risk losing a lash extension or 2 while washing as opposed to losing them all! Ask your stylist to recommend good aftercare products for you. It's an investment for sure!

NB. I reserve the right not to work on dirty lashes. Please always come to your appointment with clean lashes. Thank you 🌸
