Please take note of the below terms and conditions for bookings:

Cancelation:
All cancelations and 'no shows' will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee, which will be calculated on the services booked for.
Cancelations must be made 24h in advance to avoid the fee, and during holiday season 48h in advance.
This fee must be paid before making the next booking.
Emergencies are not included in this policy, but please do not abuse this exemption.
This fee is also subject to my discretion, and may be waved in special circumstances.

Rights of admission reserved.
Please always book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please always specify what you would like to book for so that I'm able to allocate enough time.
EFT payments are welcome, but please do sms the proof of payment so that I know payment is made. EFT payments must be made BEFORE leaving the appointment.
It is your responsibility to remember your appointment, regardless of reminders being sent or not.
Should I have double booked your appointment or neglected to have made the booking, that service will be FREE.
All repairs are FREE OF CHARGE, within reason.
