Before retirement, it's easy to imagine everything that could go wrong.

💰 Will I have enough money?
😴 Will I get bored?
🎯 Will I lose my purpose?
👥 Will I miss working?
⏰ What will I do with all that free time?
😳 Will I regret retiring early?

I had plenty of these worries myself.

But once I actually retired, I discovered that retirement wasn't anything like I imagined.

In this video, I'm sharing the fears I had before early retirement, what actually happened, and the things I wish someone had told me BEFORE I handed in the keys to the working world.

You know… all that sleeping late, drinking coffee, doing absolutely nothing, and wondering what day it is. 😂

Remember when you thought retirement would be boring?

Turns out, you were just underestimating how much energy it takes to avoid doing things. 🤣

So this weekend, take it easy.

Don’t mow the lawn.
Don’t fix anything.
Don’t answer the phone if you don't recognise the number.
And definitely DO NOT make any plans before 10am. That's far too early. 😂

After a busy week of doing absolutely nothing... I've decided to take it easy today.

It's important not to overdo retirement.

✔️ Woke up without an alarm.
✔️ Drank coffee.
✔️ Wondered what day it was.
✔️ Had another coffee... just to recover from the first one.

Now I'm sitting back, relaxing, enjoying the view, and mentally preparing for the exhausting challenge of... Monday.
