Day 2 was all about becoming leaders of love. Which is not easy.

One of the things we have to do as women is release of resentment towards men.

The release is actually first of foremost for ourselves. To unburden our own hearts.

To unlock the stuck energy that ignoring it has been causing inside of our bodies - all the energy that goes to keep it under the lid can be liberated.

That is a huge one to understand and this is what makes it all worth it.

Pain and numbness in intimacy are common for women.

Your body is signaling us something through the not feeling or the pain.

It is literal armor that the body creates, protecting something that was considered dangerous or bad.

De-armouring is one of my favorite tools to teach my clients, so they feel empowered to meet the pain and numbness with love and safety. 

Underneath the pain and numbness is a lot of aliveness, plea-sure and power!

For now I want you to know: you are not broken, You are not alone in this.
