I wish to express my concern regarding the condition of the buses in service. The current state of the bus service is unacceptable. Buses are often in poor condition, consistently arrive late, or break down during routes. This unreliability affects commuters’ schedules and trust in public transport.

As paying passengers, we deserve reliable service and vehicles that are in good condition. is very upsetting paying the same amount of money for the services but not getting same quality of service.

It is not the first time this year experiencing this kind of situation with MyCiti bus. This bus was stuck for 2hrs with paying passengers. Driver promised that one empty bus is coming for us, after waking for 2hrs we were asked to ride with a bus that was already full and we had to squeeze ourselves in it 💔💔.
