🌸 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE 🌸
Dear valued clients,
To ensure that appointment times are reserved for those who are committed to their bookings, a deposit will now be required for all Colour, Botox, and Brazilian treatments.
✨ Why are we introducing deposits?
These services require several hours to complete, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to fill the appointment time.
💇♀️ Deposit Amounts:
• Colour Services: R150–R200
• Botox Treatments: R200
• Brazilian Treatments: R200
Your deposit will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
