Every time I think of Happy Hippie, my heart fills with so many emotions.

Our WHY has always been what carried us through the hardest days. It was never just about a small business… it was about purpose. ❤️
About standing, even in the smallest way, alongside survivors of Human Trafficking here in Cape Town and being able to give back, month after month, to support S-Cape a nonprofit organisation who assist the survivors in their healing journey and provide trauma counselling as well as a safe house where the survivors have a safe environment to recover.

There are moments when I feel overwhelming joy, knowing we were able to make even the smallest difference in a survivor’s life.
And yet, there are also moments of deep sadness, knowing that so many women and children are still suffering — still waiting to be set free from the chains of human trafficking. ⛓️‍💥

But through it all, one thing has never left me — the passion. The quiet, persistent voice in my heart that says: there is more to be done.

So… here’s a little update from my heart to yours: ❤️🙏

Happy Hippie will be reopening its doors for business later this year 🥰

Starting small from October 2026, we’ll once again be offering our Homemade and Handmade, Eco-friendly packaged, 100% natural Aromatherapy self-care products.

This is a gentle step forward — a chance to rebuild, to grow, and to see if we can continue the journey we had to pause due to the financial challenges of running a small business and rising supplier costs.

Nothing big, just a beginning again — rooted in purpose, hope, and a mission that has always been bigger than myself.
