As much as we all want to be true, it just isn’t! 🙅‍♀️

There have been studies (including the recent one by ) on this common myth to show there isn’t actually a link between spending time with other menstruators and your cycle linking up! 👎

Pretty much all of us have a story where we have found this to be true but it’s just statistically likely you’ll be on at the same time - boring, we know! 🤦‍♀️

Having said all this, studies surrounding menstrual health are severely lacking, so maybe one day someone will find scientific evidence to disprove these findings! 💓
