Directed Alignment Technique

After a year of weekly sessions this awesome woman has gone from strength to strength. So proud of you Carmilita. Your first 10km race done and dusted, after battling to run 100 metres a few months ago. Here is her story:

In March of 2022 I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation, I had a brain operation in June 2022.
The doctors said that the pain, numbness at the back of my head all the way down to my right shoulder,
No sensation in my fingers and hardly any movement in my right hand was something I would have to live with for the rest of my life.
I refused to let that be my story after such an invasive surgery. I saw a physiotherapist and chiropractor, nothing really came from that.
A family member told me about the DAT Technique which I have done pre surgery for about a month and knew a little about.

I found Shirene on google in October of 2022 and have been doing DAT consecutively for just under a year and the improvement
has been LIFE CHANGING!! The numbness in the back of my head is completely gone, I can feel every touch at the back of my head.
The numbness in my shoulders is 80% gone, The sensation in my fingers is back, the pain has gone down immensely!
I have never believed in a technique as I do with DAT, it has honestly changed my life and I am forever grateful to Shirene for attending to me when in dire need at any time of the day.
