🌿 World Wildlife Day 2026 🌿
This year, we celebrate the vital role of medicinal plants: nature’s original pharmacy. From soothing oils to healing herbs, these plants connect us to the wisdom of the earth and sustain both people and wildlife. Let’s protect the ecosystems that give us life, health and balance.

It's "that time of the month" so I thought I'd share a few recommendations for natural remedies to relieve menstrual cramps:

Heat therapy: A hot water bottle or warm bath helps muscles relax and improves blood flow.

Hydrate: Water and herbal teas like my faves: Rooibos, Buchu, Artemesia afra can reduce bloating and cramps.
Our fave brand is with a dash of premium local honey from our friends TnT Honey

Massage with natural oils (improves circulation, relaxes muscles, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects). Our favourite: African Secret Toning Buchu Body Oil ofcourse...🥰

Move gently: Light stretching, walking or yoga boosts circulation and eases tension.

Nourish well: Magnesium-rich foods support muscle relaxation (helloooo dark chocloate)

Rest: Listen to your body and slow down — you deserve it!

A little self-care goes a long way during your cycle.
