Being a mobile trainer means I visit some interesting workout places. This particular morning we trained in a skyscraper in the CBD. My clients love that I come to them, and it only takes one 15 minute workout, once per week to get into shape.

Another healthy breakfast idea. Grapefruit is a great aid in a weight loss focused eating plan as it boosts metabolism, and improves insulin resistance. Snack on it first before the rest of the breakfast for the most benefit.
