Good afternoon all and thank you for the support and understanding during this time without a car.
Everyone has been great and really accommodating. 💓

Going forward please could you make your bookings with me atleast two weeks in advance so that I can plan properly. I won't be able to accommodate as many appointments as before and having bookings planned ahead of time helps me work out a plan of action.

Due to the unfortunate event of my vehicle being stolen. I will have to turn down some appointments because I simply won't be able to get there. I am working on a plan to continue doing nails and will keep you all posted once I have figured it out.

THIS IS NOT FUNGUS OR MOULD. This is also not a Client of mine, I found it on Instagram 😷 This is a “Greenie” but did you know the technical term for this is “pseudomonas” of the Nail (NOT in the immune system) which is a bacteria that occurs when there is a gap between an artificial nail enhancement and the natural nail plate allowing moisture to become trapped, once the moisture evaporated, the bad minerals left behind cause discolouration and turn green, the longer it’s there, the darker it gets! When Nail Technicians place an enhancement on a nail plate we create a nearly oxygen free environment in which this bacteria thrives - go figure!!!
FUN FACTS:
⚠️This is not caused by dirty implements
⚠️Once the enhancement is removed, air immediately kills the bacteria off and the nail plate will need to be thoroughly cleansed
⚠️To treat at home, submerge your nail in white vinegar three times daily or spray with tea tree oil
⚠️You can place another enhancement over the top but the stain is permanent until it grows out
⚠️Glueing your broken nails down will increase your risk of this occurring
⚠️If you break a nail, best to remove the entire enhancement as there could be lifting you cannot see
⚠️REMEMBER - nail enhancements are FAKE! Nail Technicians do not have a secret formula for ensuring your enhancements are unbreakable - trust me, we wish we weren’t repairing nails on a daily basis ☹️

Last year was a busy one and I want to that each and everyone for your support throughout the year. I've met some truly amazing people, clients who became true friends.

I hope that this valentine's day comes with many blessings and that the year ahead is a prosperous one. I aim to be more active on my page keeping you all informed of new tips tricks and trends.
