"Alistair, we have filed a complaint at the Commission for Cultural, Linguistic and Religious Rights and we are unfortunately still awaiting their response. We have to take this to court but at the moment that option is too expensive. The complaint includes the way the City, SAPS and CapeNature collude to shut down naturism at Graaff's Pool and Sandy Bay. Both properties were donated to the City to manage with the undertaking that it will be used to the benefit of the Cape Naturism Community, but officials slowly started to promote their own and other interests."

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that the City of Cape Town and the South African Police do not want the World Naked Bike Ride to go ahead.
