Face Finesse tip: DAILY CARE FOR YOUR FACE

Use a milky or creamy cleanser and a soft bead scrub, especially if you use foundation.
Always lymph drain with fingertips, using lukewarm water.
On damp cotton wool, apply your toner. Check that this is spotless, otherwise tone again.
Always lymph drain no matter whether cleansing or moisturising.
Avoid massaging the skin, especially where skin is congested.
Sweep fingertips from the centre of your face slightly up, so as not to pull on the delicate eye area.
This movement plus the use of a scrub will slough off the dead cells, improve open pores and spots, and encourage regeneration.

Your skin will glow with health!
