Rosemary Water Is Good For Hair Growth

Rosemary contains antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties, which help in rejuvenating the scalp when it is applied.

Benefits of using rosemary water on hair
🌹 Stimulates growth of the hair follicles
🌹 Improves blood flow to the scalp
🌹 Helps fight dandruff due to its antifungal properties
🌹 It makes the hair soft and it also makes your hair shine

How to prepare rosemary water for hair growth

🌹 Take a couple of fresh or dried rosemary springs
🌹 Pour 2 cups of water in to a pot and you can pour any amount of water you want it depends on you and add the rosemary
🌹 Heat the solution. Once it boils, reduce the heat and cover the pot with the lid.
🌹 Let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, and then remove from the heat.
🌹Strain this water and store it in a spray bottle
🌹 Use it to rinse your hair after shampooing and conditioning
🌹 Massage the rosemary water into your scalp and let it sit for at least 10 to 15 minutes before washing it off
The rosemary water can also be used as a leave in and you can be using it everyday or three times in a week

For extra stimulation after you spray the rosemary water on your scalp make sure you massage your scalp in circular motion for at least 5 minutes which is great for hair growth
