Booking Policy

1. Booking Requirements:

* A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 50% of the service fee) is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total service cost.
* Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.

2. Cancellation Policy:

* Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least [24/48] hours before the appointment to avoid loss of the deposit.
* If you cancel or reschedule within less than [24/48] hours, an additional fee may be required for future bookings.

3. Late Arrival:

* Clients arriving more than [15/30] minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit. If time permits, the service may be shortened while the full price is charged.

4. No-Show Policy:

* No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit, and future appointments may require full prepayment.

5. Payment:

* The remaining balance should be paid on the day of the appointment by cash or electronic transfer.

6. Changes to Services:

* Any modifications to the service type or additional requests should be communicated ahead of the appointment.
