Don’t downplay it like our Mamas and Grandmothers did. They didn’t know better at the time, but our bodies need acknowledgement to heal, not just “get on with it.”

I put together this guide because I want my clients to feel confident and empowered when choosing haircare, or comfortable enough to have a conversation about different options based on their hair needs and budget.

Just like skincare or body care, finding the right match matters. Otherwise, you can easily end up with a shower full of products and none that actually work for your hair… which is literally money down the drain 🤣🙈

These are the exact same steps I use professionally to identify what my clients’ hair truly needs.

And yes, sometimes it takes a little trial and error to narrow things down. Different brands, formulas, and combinations work differently for different people. But when you find that magic formula, you know immediately.
