So is the month of ✨October✨

This month is particularly special as it’s got a few awareness tagged to it.

Breast Cancer Awareness month
We have all been affected by this in some way, we’ve all fought alongside someone we love and care for or been fighting this. We’ve won some battles and lost others but we’ve stood together and supported one another through these times and came out stronger knowing that we are never alone.

Mental Health Awareness month
This is a tough one as some go through life undiagnosed, some give into their thoughts and some never ask for help, some are in denial and some fight this daily even though they have overcome it. Metal health is not contagious, don’t look down on anyone with it, don’t tease them and make them feel like they are seeking attention! Mental health shouldn’t be a taboo subject and we should let everyone feel comfortable enough to deal with what’s going on. Mental health doesn’t start at bulimia/anorexia and end at depression, we should be educated on this and be able to support those who need our help.

Hunger Awareness month
Waking up to the smell of a cup of fresh coffee in a warm bed every morning is bliss.
Sip sip till I’m awake and slowly get out of bed, I walk over to the fridge filled with delicious fruit and I have a choice of what amazing smoothie or breakfast bowl I’ll whip up...

Now most of us have a fridge full of food, we still go out for dinners or lunches or brunches and there’s nothing wrong with that but there are people with none of that. So let’s work towards a future where we can solve this problem and give every child a decent meal. Help a family put food on the table.

Now with all of these I have a few initiatives
For breast cancer I want you to buy one of the following products

1. Powerlips
2. Whitening toothpaste

For every product bought R5 if every product will be donated to the breast cancer fund.

For Mental Health Awareness please support and buy any of other he following

1. AHA Facial Peel
2. Refreshing Chemical Peel
3. Mud Mask

For ev ry product bought, R5 of the proceeds will go to a mental health institute to help aid in whatever they need.

To fight hunger not only here in SA but all over the world I would love if you are willing to donate towards Nourish the Children to assure that every family will be able to feed their children.

Personally, 2 of these have been in my life but with support from loved ones and being the supportive one, the battles weren’t as tough but bearable💕
