My first time uncapping with the electric uncapper-thing. I forget what its called. So satisfying and much simpler than uncapping with an uncapping fork. The wax uncapped will be used in our salves and balms. Felt like I was gliding a hot knife through butter 🧈 😋

My sister beekeepHER Natalie-Jane and I got to inspire little humans at a school in Tafelsig. It was so much fun. Invite us to your school, church, mosque, maddressah, scouts etc!! 0619094472

LeeAnn and I inspecting our Roses & Spekbooms (i think its time to find them a better name!). I vote for Juan, Lee-Ann's mom's name. It's the spekboom in her front yard that we rescued them from last year and then rehomed. The Roses were a swarm that voluntarily occupied the box onsite that another colony vacated. Rogue move! We're blessed 🙌🏽 for sure that they chose to stay.
