“I believe that anyone can make a success of anything” says Marissa Scholtz, owner of Pink 23. “I left school at early, to work in hairdressing because I knew it was the only thing I wanted to do. People thought I was crazy and that I would fail, but now here we are with the fabulous Pink 23, a handful of awards, and me traveling around the world.” Marissa goes on to say that, whilst she feels anyone can achieve anything, it is only by putting in the hours. “If you are p[assionate about something but sit on your butt all day, nothing will happen.”
