And lately, it feels impossible to scroll through our phones, watch the news or hear another story without asking ourselves, “When will it be enough?”

Women and children should not have to live in fear.
We should not have to teach our daughters how to survive instead of simply teaching them how to live.
We should not have to wonder if the woman beside us will make it home safely.
