We recently visited the Two Oceans Aquarium in Cape Town, South Africa - 3 month old baby in tow! 🐟🐠🦈 We were fascinated by the Kelp Forest Exhibit - an underwater forest where 3 different species of kelp grows. Did you know that living kelp forests are only displayed in a handful of aquariums in the world?
Kelp forests thrive off Southern Africa where the icy Atlantic Ocean washes over rocky and shallow reefs from Cape Agulhas, at the southern tip of Africa, to central Namibia.
