This classic French Toast Recipe is so delicious, easy to make and great for breakfast or brunch! Live It with Herbalife Nutrition.

Ingredients:

2 scoops Protein Drink Mix
½ cup Semi-Skimmed Milk (1.5% fat)
1 tbsp raisins
1 egg
Cinnamon
Fresh fruit
1 slice whole-grain bread

Instructions:

Cut whole-grain bread into ½ cubes, place into a small bowl and sprinkle with raisins. Blend other ingredients for 10-15 seconds, until smooth. Pour mix into bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 ½-3 minutes, until puffed and cooked through. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with fresh fruit.
