Charmaine brings a quiet confidence and deep presence to her work — the kind of therapist who tunes in and meets the body exactly where it’s at. Her background includes Swedish Massage training through ITEC and SAASHP, but her technique has evolved into something uniquely her own: intuitive, responsive, and deeply restoring. Her work focuses on the myofascia system creating deep relaxation and expansion in the body and calming the nervous system
Her sessions draw on both structure and flow, moving between deep tissue work and gentler rhythms depending on what the body calls for. Clients often describe feeling held, softened, and reconnected after time on her table.
