Well here it is folks! The last order run for the year! I honestly cannot get my head around how quickly this year flew by.

I'm opening up the final order window for 2022. Note that orders will need to be in by MONDAY at 10am next week and delivery will be on Thursday and Friday. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp your shopping list to 0829700813.

There will be no order run until end January so be sure to stock up on your basics, as well as your festive goodies.

Spring is officially here! Although the cold weather isn't quite over yet, the days are getting longer, the air seems fresher and there's a hint of the change of season in our pantry and on our plates.

This month I am personally stocking up on smoothie ingredients as my Vitamix blender has finally been repaired and it's definitely the season for smoothies! I'm thinking cacao, maca, chia seeds, activated nuts, coconut milk, macadamia milk, frozen berries, frozen mango, frozen banana, organic oats, frozen spinach, goji berries ... oh boy, I could just add and add to this list!
