Sugar is not always where we expect it to be.
After listening to Dr David Unwin on Diary of a CEO, I was reminded again how important awareness is.
Many everyday “healthy” foods can have a sugar-like effect in the body once digested.
That’s why it helps to read labels — especially total carbohydrates and sugar content.
