Rejuvenation Works offers a relaxation and deep tissue massage service. Allow me to make you feel relaxed in the comfort of my home based salon.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to make a booking or if you would like to purchase a gift voucher. Individual Massage Rates:
* 30 minute relaxation or deep tissue massage (back, neck & shoulders; or legs) @ R390
* 45 minute relaxation or deep tissue massage (back, neck & shoulders; or legs) @ R470
* 60 minute relaxation or deep tissue massage (back, neck & shoulders or full body if requested) @ R550
* You will be charged 50% of the full rate for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time and 100% for failure to arrive at an appointment.
* Late arrivals can still make use of the remaining time of the session but will be billed at the initial booked session rate.

🙋♀️ Did you know that different leg or foot lengths can be a primary sign of hip misalignment?
A muscular imbalance ie. tight muscles on one side (such as the quadratus lumborum, piriformis, or obliques) can pull one hip upward, making that leg appear shorter and the opposite leg longer.
Massage releases tight muscles which often cause the pelvis to tilt. It also helps to restore functional balance around the hips and spine. Releasing restricted soft tissue also allows for better hip joint mobility and range of motion.
This is why I ❤️ the power of massage…

Yes, it's true. The more you lean forward, the heavier your head feels, and this has a real effect on your neck and spine. Remember that a neutral, upright position is where you want your head to be.
