Universal Footprints is looking to rent a studio apartment or small professional space
The space will be used for a wellness practice offering Massage Therapy / Reflexology and Aromatherapy 💆‍♀️. Ideally, it should include:
• A private room or studio 🏡
• Shower facilities 🚿
• Secure off-street parking 🚗🔒
Operating hours:
🕗 Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
🕗 Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00
The space will be used strictly for professional client appointments during these hours. There will be no pets 🐾 and no children, and only scheduled clients visiting the premises.

Greetings! I’m Elrine, a facilitator and therapist with a focus on personalized one-on-one sessions. Each session begins with a foot washing, followed by a reflexology treatment. Based on the insights gathered from your feet, I will tailor a massage specifically designed to alleviate any immediate discomfort. Each session lasts approximately 1-1.5 hours.
I offer mobile services and only need a comfortable space in your home to conduct our session.
UNIVERSAL FOOTPRINTS – PRICE LIST
- **Foot Washing and Reflexology Session**: R350.00 (1-1/2 hours)
- **Back and Neck Massage (Only)**: R250.00 (30 minutes)
- **Full Body Massage (Aromatherapy Oils Available Upon Request) **: R400.00 (2 hours)
- **Full Body Massage (Hot Stone Therapy) **: R450.00 (2 hours)
