With a BSc in Sport Science, Honours in Biokinetics, and certified as a sports massage therapist, Cross Fit coach and fitness instructor, my joy is in combining these elements to provide the most specialized massage for my clients’ individual needs. My second passion is in being a part of the paradigm shift in which our city approaches social justice. Two causes closest to my heart are those specifically regarding education and child human trafficking, which is rife in South Africa. Personally linked to two such NPOs within our city, the Social Project and the S-Cape home, I invite you to partner with me in supporting them as they do tremendous work within the areas of education and restoration for victims of human trafficking respectively. A portion from each massage you purchase goes towards providing a set number of meals for children in The Social Project‘s iLearning centres and a monetary donation towards the S-Cape home for underage victims of human trafficking.

When I trained to lift 95 kg in the gym, I didn’t know I was also training for the 30 kg deadweight I’d carry fully-asleep to go and make a wee.
For me now, strength isn’t about mirrors or medals. It’s about moments like these. I feel capable and confident.
Being able to move, lift, carry, play, help…. without pain and without hesitation.
