Bow Cutz was established in 2014 by founder Betram Siyabonga Mlotshwa, And Co business partners Buzwe Bam and Kagiso Dikobe. The mission statement of Bow Cutz is to enhance the skills of young and upcoming Barbers and to provide them entrepreneurial opportunities to contribute in reduction of the rate of unemployment and economic development. The companies vision involves showcasing the talent of barbers nationwide and also around Africa to alter the perspective of barbers from what the African society perceive them to be. Showcasing is implemented through events and exhibitions to also introduce new businesses operating in unrelated markets and industries. In this regard Bow Cutz is involved in the music industry, fashion and design industry, as well as the entertainment industry respectively. Bow Cutz caters for the South African youth as it is the companies mission to eliminate poverty amongst the youth.
