From the first glance, it’s obvious she’s unlike most women.
There’s a beautiful complexity to her, mixed with strands of deep soulfulness and a loving heart.
She tucks her truths behind high walls, unwilling to share her love with just anyone..
She’s been hurt too many times before by trusting someone with her heart who didn’t protect and cherish it the way she deserved.
There is a bit of sadness that lingers in her eyes, indistinguishable to most anyone else..
But the ones who can venture past the facade of this gentle creature are mesmerized by the gorgeously entwined balance of emotions.
She’s damaged, to be sure, from the broken she’s had to brave to become the person she is today.
It’s not been easy and her oft fractured heart carries the traces of loves lost and times gone by.
But she carries it with grace and greets the world with a warm smile, tucking away her pain behind the beautiful countenance of a determined woman who refused to give up, no matter how wounded she has been along the way.
She braves her day with an amazing balance of fierce intensity and gentle composure..
For she hasn’t given up on love in her life-
She still longs for her forever person and happily ever after, though she needs more than an ordinary love..she knows nothing less than extraordinary passion will stoke her fire.
Her heart and soul need to be nurtured with care, for her trust is not readily given nor her walls easy to come down.
Most don’t have the courage to love a woman like her, and she’s okay with that.
She knows she’s a bit damaged and needs to be loved a little differently..
But she knows she’ll never have to explain that to the right person.
So until love comes calling, she’ll keep doing what she does:
Loving hard, living fully and shining brightly in a world that desperately needs more light.
