Q: Do you have a shop or salon? A: No, we are an online store business and only sell hair extensions and hair accessories

Q: Do you deliver? A: Yes, we work with a courier company that delivers door to door. Delivery is R90 within Gauteng, R150 outside Gauteng

When you place an order please give us the type of hair you want (e.g Brazilian, Malaysian etc.), Hair grade (e.gLQ6 or LQ8), hair length, number of packets/bundles, your names, delivery address and also your email address so we can email an invoice. You can also collect the hair in Samrand/Sandton by appointment only. Q: How do I make a payment? A: You can pay online via credit card or bank deposit. Our invoice that will be sent after ordering hair will have banking details or you can make an appointment and pay cash on collection

Q. Yes we do. You can request bulk prices and we will email you. Payment is required in full. You receive your order in 5 -7 days after payment. Q: Can I exchange or return my order? A: Yes, you can exchange or returned for full refund within 7 days of receipt and if the following criteria are met.
•The hair must be in its original state.
•The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top
•The hair must not have been installed, cut or colored. Please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly and also provide with the return address. Shipping the hair back to us will be on customer’s account.
