SALON POLICY

I only allow late arrival of 15 minutes, if you are late I will cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment the day prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. I send out reminders the day before. Please be so kind as to respond to confirm your appointment. If you do not respond, I assume that you will not make it to your appointment and it will be cancelled. This policy allows me to fill your spot in a timely manner. Should this happen, I will have to ask a non-refundable R100 booking deposit for your next appointment. The R100 will then be deducted from your service. The R100 deposit is only valid towards a nail service for 8 weeks. Thereafter, it is forfeited. Only immediate EFT, cash or Card payment is allowed. I do not offer credit. Should I feel that your nails are not healthy or it is unsafe to apply products to your nails, I will not commence with the nail service. This is in the best interest of your health, mine and my other clients. Should your nail products lift or chip within 7 days of your appointment, I will fix them free of charge. Keep in mind that I will assess your nails. If you've ripped, bumped or chewed your enhancement off, I will charge an amount to fix them. I will be able to see if it was damage by yourself.
