I have watched my father, when he used to teach yoga to his patients, when I was very young about 7 or 8 years and show the poses what I have seen to my sisters. Practised yoga under many instructors & Gurus. Did yoga intermediate and advanced courses at Indian School of Yoga at Chennai, India. Studied up to B. Sc
Did Diploma in Naturopathy, Diploma in Yoga therapy,
Diploma in Yoga instructor’s course,
Did certificate workshops and courses in Magneto therapy, Pranic healing, Silva mind Control, Gano therapy, body massage, Nutritional facilitator, Reiki, Homeopathy etc. Life Member of Naturopathy Council, India and Complete member of Yoga Teacher’s Federation of South Africa. Started teaching Yoga officially from October 2004, in South Africa along with Healthy Eating Habits and Healthy Life Style to live Healthy and Peaceful. Having yoga teaching experience of nearly 11 years of 6,000 hours and to approximately to 750 people from the age group of 5 years to 77 years who belong to all the professions and house wifes, the religion believers of Hindus, Christians, Muslims and non believers of religion to the races of Indians, Whites, Blacks and coloured not only in South Africa in India, and to few overseas people in a traditional Indian way. Now teaching Yoga in Chatsworth and Malvern. I am also teaching one of the Eastern Language “TELUGU” to Primary and Secondary Schools in Chatsworth through the Kwazulu natal Education Department and also at Andhra Maha Sabha of South Africa Telugu Academy from basics to Matriculation level.
