The last few weeks have been a pretty special chapter

What I'll take away from it isn't simply working with elite athletes. It's the reminder that the work remains the work, whatever the level listen carefully, understand the body infront of you and do everything you can to help that person recover, move and perform well.

I don't usually share personal posts, but this one's different and massage therapy is personal. It's not just about treating muscles or pain. Over time you learn how someone moves, trains and recovers, and you treat the person as a whole. That's why this post is personal to me. Working with the All Blacks has been one of my professional goals for years. There was a time I had very little, no financial security, kids depending on me. And people telling me to lower my expectations. Instead, I just kept on going. I studied I kept showing up even when it felt impossible. Standing here today is a reminder that persistence matters . I'm grateful my kids get to see that setbacks don't define what's possible. Thst no matter where you come from and what your starting point is , you can find a way and you can build your vision . So keep learning, keep working and don't let anyone convince you to make your dreams smaller. Your opportunity might just arrive when you least expect it. ✨

Today reminded me why I love what I do. A new mum, four weeks postpartum, came in with her baby and grandmother in tow. When baby woke wanting mum, we adapted. She fed her little one while receiving her massage. Calm, connected, uninterrupted care. Deeply grateful for moments like this. I was reminded how important it is to be flexible in care and how much I love babies , , , therapy,
