I lost 15kg ...AGAIN👇🏻❤️
I have been going over words to describe what these photos mean to me...here it goes!
You see that woman in December, she has fallen flat on her face, AGAIN!! I struggled to find a photo of that time, because I am hiding behind everyone. My husband, kids...there is not one photo of that period, except this one.
How could I end up in that space again?
Was it lockdown?
Was it my third pregnancy?
I couldn't put my finger on it, but then I realized... What does that even matter!!
I FELL!! Very hard... The END!!
Luckily I got up again, that's what matters❣️
Between these two photos I lost my Mom (everyone that goes through something like that, just knows how hard it is to get out of that dark space) I had covid, and my Husband had a back operation. I had so many excuses. Some ays I just wanted to stuff my face with anything and everything and some days, I DID. Luckily I got up, and this amazing woman reminded me that 'Food shouldn't minister to our emotions only Jesus should!' I made better food choices, all that combined SAVED MY LIFE!!
I couldn't do it without my supplements! It helped me cope, it gave me energy when days were long and it took away cravings, because you know, sometimes you need something to beat that emotional eating habits!
No, I am not where I want to be yet😊 but I am FIGHTING VERY HARD to get there. I will love myself more and teach my brain that food is something you use to fuel your body not bring it down. I will start to move more, because movement releases happiness. I will beat this!! So here I am, very raw and real... Telling you... If you are someone that need to fight a little harder, I'm fighting with you!!!
