I love that Barre blends strength, control, posture, balance and cardio in such a fun way. It challenges you, but it also makes you feel powerful and confident in your body — no matter your fitness level.
One of my favourite things is watching everyone encourage each other through the shakes and laughs along the way. It’s hard work, but it never stops being fun 🤍
