January is Cervical Health Awareness month and we have a very important question for the ladies: Do you go for your pap smear tests regularly?

It’s recommended that ladies between 21 and 65 get pap tested every 3 years usually. Remember, prevention is always better than cure, and detecting cervical cancer early is made possible by pap smears.

NB: Cervical cancer is highly treatable if caught in the early stages!
