The Wellness & Beauty Sanctuary is situated in River Road, Drummond, Outer West Durban.

The Wellness & Beauty Sanctuary is excited to be offering a Mindful Wellness Day Retreat on Saturday 23rd Aug. I will be sharing my mindful movement practice of Qi Gong to start the day at 9am. Followed by an improving eyesight talk, wellness and numerology talk. Light lunch and coffee. Then an intuitive art workshop, meditation practice and a nature walk around Honey Trails (venue of the sanctuary) These retreats wìll be offered regularly to inspire you on your journey to mindfulness & vibrant wellness, joy & peace.
