Stretching is so much better when surrounded by one’s floofies! 🐶🐾
Spending a lot of time stretching now that I am over 50. Hours of sitting at a desk and laptop hunched over, my stretching is to counter this posture.

Getting my Omegas. DHA and EPA - essential fatty acids that aren’t made by the body so we need to get them through our diet. And, because I have digestive challenges I’m taking it in liquid form.

Wellness haul.
I’m on a mission to find an effective and less toxic deodorant.
Trying out the Rio Deo aluminium-free deodorant available at and ; and leveling up my dry skin brushing with the cactus brush.
Tip: Dry skin brush at least 3x per week before your shower to exfoliate your skin and stimulate your lymph, an essential part of your detoxification system 🌸

It’s really not that complicated. I’m not saying it’s easy but most of the time we don’t break it down into small, achievable steps.
- Add one piece of fruit or a vegetable to your plate today. The more colour, the more beneficial;
- Take the stairs or park a bit further away than you normally do - it’s daily exercise that makes the difference;
- Movement AND rest…it’s called balance. Rest is essential to rebuild, refuel and re-energise;
Everyday is an opportunity to do better for yourself.
