If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request 24 hours notice in order for us be able to fill the booking time. We do reserve the right to request a deposit or payment upfront to confirm an appointment. As a courtesy please remember to contact us as soon as you know you cannot make an appointment or if you are running late; our livelihood depends on you and late cancellations and no shows have a direct effect on us all. We do understand emergencies and will be as accommodating as possible. Should you arrive late we can only work within the time remaining. Right of admission is reserved and any person enters at their own risk; our indemnity notice is displayed at reception. We endeavour to honour all advertised pricing however we reserve the right to change any price without notice but with consultation if a service is being offered.
