On the 10th of Dec our awesome DBN Team set out to Tala Game Reserve where we went on a very informative Game Drive with Lonely (who wasn't so lonely that day🤪). We got to meet some Rhinos, Hippos, Giraffes and everything wild 😆. We then had SEVERAL intense games of Paintball - where Mr Boss Man came out victorious in the first match and then Anele won first place in another match (who doesn't even go here 🤪). Simphiwe took his pent up rage out on everyone 🤣. After that, we all enjoyed an amazing lunch and fun general knowledge industry quiz to end the very fun day🤩.

On the 3rd of Dec 2021 - Our awesome JHB Team started the day racing at the Clearwater Mall Karting track where Ryan emerged as driver of the day, Butho took home the prize for fastest lap (and most crashes). Johnson was most improved and Brendan was rewarded for his enthusiasm. 🤩
Michele got the b***y prize for the slowest lap 🙂
Aft that we moved on to La Rosa for a Mexican lunch, some cold beers and I tequila to round off a fantastic day out. 🥂

Summer is on it’s way 🌞……. Well when the rain stops (Enjoy it while it lasts).

Sun safety is always in season. It’s important to protect your skin from sun damage throughout the year, no matter the weather. Why? Sun exposure can cause sunburn, skin aging (such as skin spots, wrinkles, or “leathery skin”), eye damage etc.. The list goes on.

Lower Your Risk by Limiting your time in the sun, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., when the sun’s rays are most intense.

Wearing clothing to cover skin exposed to the sun, such as long-sleeve shirts, pants, sunglasses, and broad-brim hats. Sun-protective clothing is now available. (The FDA regulates these products only if they are intended to be used for medical purposes.)

In general, the FDA recommends that you use broad spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher, even on cloudy days. Apply sunscreen liberally to all uncovered skin, especially your nose, ears, neck, hands, feet, and lips (but avoid putting it inside your mouth and eyes). Reapply at least every two hours. Apply more often if you’re swimming or sweating.

Hey Fourchem Fanatics 🤩

It’s been a year of chaos and brilliance, but we are extremely grateful for your input and involvement in the growth of our business in 2021🥂.

A wise man once told me that time flies like knives and fruit flies like bananas. Bad Dad Joke aside, it’s hard to fathom we are already into November and very soon will be tucking into a Christmas Turducken and wondering what actually happened in 2021. But regardless, lets enjoy these last 2 months of a crazy year and then we can take a well-earned break. Speaking of which Fourchem is planning on pulling down the roller doors on 17th December and open them again on 5th January 2022.

Thanks again for all your support and we look forward to an even better (and hopefully calmer 2022).

Fourchem JHB Year End Function was a Mashie Golf Day⛳️ & then Lunch at Fairway Hotel and Spa. Warren and the Sales ladies (Ridhya and Michele) won the golf, but only because we (ops team / Butho, Johnson & Brendan) had to let the boss win.🤣

The KZN Fourchem Team undertook a fun “Tour De Durban” for our year end function. We first boarded the ever so cheesy but ever so fun Sarie Marais Pleasure Cruises Durban Port Cruises and braved the mighty oceans to get a unique perspective of our amazing city. After that we went for a delicious lunch at Roma Revolving Restaurant, one of only 3 of its kind in the world, and got to see some amazing 360 degree views of Durban. Great food and great company all round, a real tribute to all the hard work our staff have put in during this challenging year!😅
