Here's a simple way to understand it

UVA 🌫️ 🌧️ ☀️ are present on cloudy , rainy and sunny days , these rays pe*****te deep and usually cause deeper dermal ageing and damage to the skin.

UVB ☀️ are the rays that are the strongest during sunny summer days . Usually contributes to sunburn and skin cancers.

This means you need to topically hydrate the skin

If you have an oily or oily combination/acne skin look for a light textured moisturiser with Hyaluronic acid this will Hydrate the skin without the oil😉

* Remember an oily skin that's properly Hydrated will actually produce LESS sebum.

For a dry skin you will look for nourishing oils in your moisturiser for a long lasting moisture.
