Do you often have sore heels, especially first thing in the morning? Did you know in naturopathy this is often a sign that the kidneys require some support?

The kidneys are responsible for filtering waste and excess fluids from the blood. If they are overloaded or a bit sluggish, they ‘tell’ us through signals, like sore heels in the morning.

To help them, use A.Vogel Nephrosolid. This herbal tonic helps support the function of the kidneys, bladder, and urinary tract.

Simply take 20 – 30 drops of Nephrosolid (with little water) 3 times a day for six weeks and you should soon notice that sore heels are a thing of the past. Along with taking Nephrosolid, it's important to drink plenty of water daily (at least 2 litres), eat a healthy diet (high in fresh fruits and vegetables), maintain a healthy weight, and avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption to care for and keep your kidneys healthy and happy!
