Hi there. My name is Heide-Marie Otte and I offer the service of selling items at regular garage sales on your behalf, for a commission on all items sold. What can I sell at a

garage sale?
• Anything in good working condition, sells at a garage sale! There is a buyer for everything. We all have items we hang onto for years just in case we may need them again, but we never do! Why not turn your unused items into cash? I CAN HELP YOU!!
• Popular items sold recently include antique furniture, beds, tables, chairs, book shelves, kitchen appliances, bed linen & curtains, clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery, crockery & cutlery, vases, ornaments, patio furniture, tools, video games, baby equipment, toys, exercise equipment and garden tools.
• Please note that dirty or soiled items, damaged goods, stained clothing, under wear, bathing costumes, socks and any other unsuitable items will not be sold at our garage sales and will be donated immediately. How does this work?
• Garage sales happen regularly on a Saturday morning from 8am –1pm
at 37 Darlington Rd in Berea.
• Extensive advertising is done before each garage sale.
• Bargaining and negotiating prices on the day will be done at my discretion, on your behalf up to a reduction of 20% without consultation. Clients need to be “negotiable” with their prices, as garage sale shoppers are serious bargain hunters.
• Clients are requested to leave their garage sale items in my capable hands for two (2) consecutive garage sales.
• Advertising and sales will commence immediately as I have many regular customers on my database who are constantly contacting me looking for specific items.
• All electronic / battery operated items need to be checked to see that they are still in good working order. PLEASE test them before you drop them off with me!
• Any items that are not suitable for re-sale by Otte Garage Sales, will be donated immediately.
• Any items sold privately while in my possession will incur your selected commission option.
• Any items not sold after two (2) consecutive garage sales can either be collected by you, after the third sale OR I am very happy to make a donation to charities on your behalf.
