As the weather gets cooler, many clients find it challenging to drink as much water each day.

Some tips:
1. Drink 2 glasses at each meal. This makes up a large part of what you need to drink each day.

2. You don’t have to drink cold water! You can drink room temperature water or even warm / hot water.
Green tea, camomile tea, ginger tea are all fantastic and count towards your water intake.

3. Invest in a convenient water bottle that makes you want to drink water 🤭. You can also add cucumber and mint to your water bottle and sip it all through the day.

DID YOU KNOW that the metabolism naturally speeds up in winter which assists with weight loss so it’s a great time to make sure to get all the basics right!

A: Sufficient water intake plays a large role in the loss of body fat. Get into the habit of drinking two glasses when you get up, two at lunch and two at supper time. Put a jug of water on the table at each meal time.
