We've been silent for weeks now, I'm sorry for that✌💖

I've been out to earn some experience on this work we do (Gym and connecting with people as a whole), which has been good. I recognised that when ever I appload a new video on YouTube, I don't put how many reps and sets one should do on each workout. There's a lot I learned so I'll post new hot videos every weekend, with our own gym culture as "T-LAP FIT" to follow.

It's a lot I wanna say but I know most of us are lazy to read long paragraphs, so I'll cut the long story short! THANK YOU FOR JOINING, to new subscribers enjoy every second with us✊❤
This is everyone's page, we gym and treat each other with care.

I LOVE YOU ALL!💖??
