We’re so excited to have AGE Longevity clinic as part of our Gardens space.

AGE is a doctor-led longevity and aesthetics clinic focused on a proactive approach to health, skin, ageing and hair health — combining longevity medicine, medical aesthetics, advanced skin treatments and medical support for hair loss and thinning.

Although Pause and AGE are completely separate businesses, it feels like a very natural fit to have them next door. 🫶🏻

We share a similar philosophy around thoughtful care, long-term wellbeing and investing in how you look and feel as you move through every stage of life.

I love how freehand painting leaves that beautiful natural dimension 👌

Bright where it needs to be, soft through the root, with ribbons of depth left between the blonde for a seamless, expensive-looking result 🤍 Finished with a creamy gloss for softness and shine.

I created this look for the lovely Claire by doing partial freehand painting to keep depth and dimension, a few tip-outs for brightness where it matters most, and finished with gloss (9.22 + 8.23) for that soft champagne blonde. 🤩

Even though I have the luxury of being in the hair industry and can technically have my hair done whenever I want, I still don’t have three hours to sit in a salon chair.

Between running a business, being a mom, and juggling everyday life, I simply need my maintenance to fit into my day.

For those of us who still want the massage, the coffee and the “pause” but don’t have hours to spare. A root touch-up and blow-dry in under 45 minutes, designed to keep you looking fresh every 4–6 weeks without putting your whole day on hold.
