Looking back at a lazy Sunday morning, as the week starts off with a bang.

As moms we celebrate productivity.

But rest isn't something we earn once everything is finished.

Because honestly...

Everything is never finished.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is protect your energy. ❤️ Simple. Rest.

Motherhood has taught me that consistency beats perfection.

I don't have time for a complicated wellness routine.
But I can make one small choice every morning.
For me, that's adding collagen to my coffee.

One habit.
Thirty seconds.
Done.

Sometimes looking after ourselves doesn't have to be all or nothing.

There was a time when I'd spend most of Saturday cleaning the house, only to feel like I'd lost my entire weekend.

Now, I do things a little differently.

Instead of trying to clean the whole house in one day, I split it into small, manageable tasks throughout the week. Most days it only takes me 15–20 minutes.

It's not about having a spotless home.

It's about reducing the mental load.

Because when I know today's only job is to clean the bathrooms or vacuum the bedrooms, it feels achievable. And by the weekend, the house is already in a good place, leaving more time for the people I actually want to spend it with.

I've learnt that the goal isn't perfection.

It's creating simple systems that make life feel a little lighter.
