Just a friendly reminder about my price increase from 1st of June!!

Due to recent short notice cancellations and no-show appointment clients I unfortunately need to implement a cancellation policy. I do understand that life does get in the way and sometimes as much as we try we can't get to our appointments.

Here is the policy:

1. 24 hours notice needs to be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-show may be subjected to 50% NON REFUNDABLE cancellation fee.
3. Saturday cancellations less 48 hours will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

I am sure you all will understand.
